Frequently Asked Questions
To have your mail delivered to our preferred centre, you can purchase a Virtual Mailbox for $45/month which you can also use a business address. Please note that the Part Time and Full Time memberships come with this inclusion as standard, so you won’t have to pay anything else for the mailbox.
If you don’t have a mailbox and wish to have a single item or parcel delivered to the centre, you can do so with a mail handling fee of $12 per item.
Access Membership: This product comes with no included credits but allows you to purchase them for meeting room bookings or centre access on a pay as you go rate.
Part Time Membership: This product comes with $200 worth of Waterman credits which you can use to access the centre up to 8 days or to book up to 20 hours of meeting room space per month. If you exhaust your allocated credits for the month, you are able to purchase additional credits on a pay as you go basis.
Please note that unused credits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.
Full Time Membership: This product does not come with any included credits but your pass will allow you unlimited access to come into the centre and use a workspace so credits for a workspace aren’t required. If you require meeting room usage on this membership then they are available on a pay as you go rate with a 50% discount on booking rates.
If 24/7 access is required, members can add a Night Owl Business Boost to their Waterman Membership. Please note that the Full Time Membership comes with this add on included and therefore you automatically receive 24/7 access to your centre.
If you do not have after hours access included with your membership and you need to come in outside of your included access hours, you can do so but will be charged an after-hours fee of $35, then your products centre access rates apply.
One business can have multiple memberships. This is an incredibly easy process, you can purchase additional passes at once through the online membership process.
If you would like to register passes in person at reception, an administration fee will apply.

Once you have completed your induction, you will receive your unique user credentials which you can use on our online platform Waterman Central to view and book meeting rooms as you need. All room prices, features and availability are available to see before you make your booking.
Waterman operate off a credit system which you can use to access your centre or make meeting room bookings. All bookings can be made through Waterman Central. You may log into Waterman Central using your unique log in credentials provided to you upon the purchase of your membership.
Your purchased credits will roll over from month to month; however, if you are on a Part Time membership (which comes with a monthly credit allocation) these credits expire at the end of the month.
The cost of a meeting room is dependant on the size of the room, the features included (AV, Whiteboard, etc) and the time of booking.
Waterman is dedicated to ensuring our business hubs are not only compliant with government regulations and safe work practices but also that you and your team feel safe and secure when working within our centres.
